Bonus Program and More Benefits!
As you probably know, the big contract re-compete has started and we’re in the thick of it. We’ve been lobbied by many teams because of our reputation for quality employees, our energy in finding new candidates, our aggressive rates, and our persistence in finding solutions to contract problems. Some companies are even specifically attracted to our recent "experience" on the contract, considering it an asset of ours. We’ve chosen our team and are now in full re-compete mode. We’re aggressively hiring!GH Engineering is aggressively hiring new candidates from this moment through the end of June, 2012.During this intensive hiring campaign, anything goes! We’ve scrubbed our costs and realigned some internal processes and as a result we can offer more than we’ve ever offered before. To start, we now offer some serious signing and referral bonuses:
How can we offer this tremendous opportunity? We’ve taken the success of a dozen prime contracts and dozens more teaming contracts, thrown in the addition of a recent new subcontract for us and combined all these contracts with projected fast growth over the next few months and an aggressive temporary streamlining of our processes. This has led to additional available money for benefits and bonuses for our employees while maintaining attractive rates to our customers. As a matter of testimony, some of our former employees have been surprised to learn they cannot make as much money with other companies as they did with GH Engineering, or that the rate to the end-customer is more when coming from other companies (making the employee less attractive to the customer), or the benefits are not as good. GHEng has traditionally been aggressive with its rate structure and has highly compensated its employees. Well, now we’re just as aggressive in our rates but offer even higher compensation. Re-compete InformationThe Government is taking the approach GH Engineering recommended to them in response to a Request For Information (RFI) back in January of 2010. That is, the contract will be awarded to many prime companies (probably eight to twelve companies versus the current four companies) for the base year. The performance of the companies during the base year will be measured with the intent of eliminating some priming companies before continuing to the out years. GHEng recommended this strategy to the Government as a low-risk solution to improve competition among the companies while providing an opportunity for some new companies to demonstrate their ability to manage the contract. We’re pleased the Government has taken this approach and (as a subcontractor) we’ve joined a team who shares our vision on staffing and managing these CSRs. When the new contract is awarded, we will be on a winning team. The competition schedule is underway. The final RFP came out last year and the proposals were due last fall. After a contract award sometime this Spring (probably June 1st or so), the 30-90 day transition schedule (time to be determined) will be announced by the Government. At that time, all of the approximately 1,400 CSRs will be re-competed and each winning team will have the opportunity to submit a candidate against each CSR. The unfilled CSRs will also continue to be available to the teams. GHEng StrategyThere is an opening for a good company to scoop up many incumbent CSRs within a very short time. Practically speaking, we estimate 75% or more of the end-customers will reselect their current resources with no TEM required. In these cases, the end-customer won’t care for what company their resource works, they just want the resource back. Therefore, we’re reaching out to as many of these resources as we can and offering them a deal we hope they can’t refuse - better pay, better benefits, and $igning bonu$e$ (see above and below).Additionally, we’re offering everyone, whether or not they’re an employee or candidate, the opportunity to collect a hefty referral bonus for any incumbent resource they send us. That’s right - we’ll pay the referral bonus to non-employees as well. Specifically, to those people currently on the contract:
What’s the risk? None!
We’re NOT ONLY hiring contract incumbentsIf you’re not now on the contract being re-competed, but will consider making yourself a candidate for the contract, this is an excellent opportunity to compete for approximately 25% of the 1400 positions (about 350 positions) on the contract which will be available to non-incumbents. Plus, there are hundreds of open, unfilled positions right now. This is a unique opportunity to work for a known company for good pay and great benefits. Take the step and contact us you can always decline the opportunity and stay where you are, but only if you take the step. Even if you never want to be on this contract, we still want to talk to you. We present this opportunity to all our former employees and to those who want to be our employees. We have two prime contracts and are a teammate on another large contract - there are other opportunities available to you through GH Engineering.Did I say we want you?Our business model is a fast path to a big splash. Compare our offer to any other you have. Apply to GH Engineering as soon as possible (why not today?). We’ll reply to you and quickly send you an offer letter. We can talk in person or over the phone as needed about any details or questions you have. We will do whatever we possibly can to win a commitment from you. We want you! |
